    Nicola Moore-Miller, Chartered Accountant, CGMA and BA (Hons), has a depth of experience in the legal sector with a strong background in practice management, accounting, finance, systems and compliance. Understanding the operational challenges law firms face allows her to guide and train teams at every level to manage workloads effectively and deliver high-quality client service. Based in Gosforth, Cumbria, with her husband and two children (Jake and Eva), Nicola also volunteers as Finance Director for a local children’s charity, reflecting her commitment to community as well as business.
