       Olivia JohnsonProject Coordinator Olivia ensures the smooth delivery of technology upgrades and software rollouts by coordinating planning, execution and client engagement. Drawing on her retail and hospitality experience, Olivia brings a fresh perspective, exceptional organisational skills and a proactive approach that helps projects reach successful outcomes on time and within scope. Outside of work, she explores the South Island, travels widely, attends live music events, and watches motorsports including Formula 1.

Away from work, he enjoys composing and producing music, capturing footage on his drone and going to the gym.

In her free time, Liz enjoys bushwalking, bird-watching and gardening.

Olivia is InQuo’s jetsetter, with recent secondments taking her to Ireland, America and the UK.

       Nicola Moore-MillerChief Executive Officer Nicola Moore-Miller, Chartered Accountant, CGMA and BA (Hons), has a depth of experience in the legal sector with a strong background in practice management, accounting, finance, systems and compliance. Understanding the operational challenges law firms face allows her to guide and train teams at every level to manage workloads effectively and deliver high-quality client service. Based in Gosforth, Cumbria, with her husband and two children (Jake and Eva), Nicola also volunteers as Finance Director for a local children’s charity, reflecting her commitment to community as well as business.

Fluent in Japanese and widely travelled, William has a passion for adventure, from motorbiking to enjoying the outdoor lifestyle of his native Lake District.

With a sharp eye for detail and a calm, strategic approach, she oversees transitions globally to ensure every migration is accurate and aligned with international standards. She builds strong relationships between InQuo and partners to streamline project delivery and marry global processes with local needs. Aneta brings unique perspectives shaped by her Polish roots, Scottish upbringing, Queensland education and experience in executive roles in Australia, Scotland and America.
